The main difference in the manufacturing process

A flexible FPC circuit board made of flexible insulating material with high compression and torsion resistance. It can solve the problem of LED display installed in irregular corners and positions. 2. Bottom shell mask

The traditional indoor full color led screen uses a hard board bottom shell, which cannot be bent at all. The soft led module adopts a flexible shell to ensure that its soft characteristics are not limited by the shell.

3. Magnets

The strong magnetic adsorption design is adopted to ensure that the soft led module makes the volume of various curved panels smaller at the seams. Easy to install and shape, and fast too. The magnets are several times stronger than standard indoor LED display modules, resulting in greater suction. Magnetic installation is as easy as traditional indoor screen installation. Quick connectors are used on the connecting lines between modules.

The circuit board is made by wave soldering process, with a green oil-oxygen barrier layer, which prevents the circuit from being oxidized by moisture and improves the service life.

Due to its extensibility, it can be used for arbitrary modeling. Among them, the cylindrical screen can be hoisted and installed to meet the requirements of the site to the greatest extent. It uses advanced digital video processing technology.
