How to Improve the Stability of LED Display?

To improve the working stability of the LED display is mainly to make efforts to maintaining. The power supply is required to be stable, and the grounding protection is good. Do not use it under harsh natural conditions, especially during strong lightning. To avoid problems that may be encountered, we can choose passive protection and active protection, try to keep the items that may cause damage to the full-color display panel away from the screen, and wipe the screen as gently as possible to minimize the possibility of injury. Turn off the LED display before turning off the computer.

Keep the full color LED display using in the appropriate humidity of the environment, do not let anything with moisture properties enter your full color LED display board. Powering up the moist large full color display can cause corrosion of the full color display components and cause permanent damage.

If water inflow into LED display as various reasons, please immediately turn off the power and contact the maintenance personnel until the display panel in the screen is dry before use.

LED display starting sequence:

A: Turn on the control computer to make it run normally before turning on the LED display screen.

B: It is recommended that the LED display screen has a daily rest time of more than 2 hours per day. In the rainy season, the LED screen is used at least once a week. Generally, the LED screen is turned on at least once a month, and it is lighting for more than 2 hours.

Do not stay in full white, full red, all green, all blue, etc. For a long time during playback, so as to avoid excessive current, excessive heating of the power cable, and damage to the LED light, which affects the service life of the LED display.

Do not disassemble or splicing the screen at will! The LED full color display screen has the closest relationship with our users. It is also necessary to do the cleaning and maintenance work.

The LED display prolonged exposure to outdoor environment, wind, sun, dust, etc. are prone to dirty. It must cover dusty after a period of time. This requires timely cleaning to avoid the visual effect of LED display affected by dust soil which covered on the LED display surface for a long time.

The large screen surface can be wiped with alcohol, or dusted with a brush or a vacuum cleaner. It cannot be wiped directly with a damp cloth.

The large LED screen display should be checked regularly whether it operates proper or not , and the lines damage or not. If it is not working, it should be replaced in time. If the line is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time. Non-professionals are forbidden to touch the LED display screen internal circuit, so as to avoid electric shock or damage to the line. If there is a problem, please consult the professional person.
