How to Make the LED Display Load Image?

In the process of using the LED display, sometimes the LED display cannot be loaded with images. Many users have no way to deal with this problem, do not know how to do it? 1. Checking whether the jumper cap of the LED display is loose or off; if the jumper cap is not loose, make sure that the jumper cap is oriented correctly.

2. Checking and confirming that the serial port line which is connected between the LED display and it's controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable.

3. Checking that the display serial port cable is intact and that there are no loose or falling out.

4. Compare the LED display control software with the control card of your choice to select the correct product model, the correct transmission method, the correct serial port number, the correct baud rate and correctly set the address bit and baud rate in control system hardware according to the DIP switch diagram provided by the software.

5. Make sure the LED display control system hardware is properly powered up.

6. After the above checking and correction, if the picture still does not  be load, please use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware has been damaged to confirm whether it should be returned to the computer manufacturer or return the control system hardware to the relevant manufacturer to detection.
